Quality Assurance
At Laizhou Yongfeng Plastics, quality is our number one priority. Our inspection process and testing equipment are designed to insure we only produce the highest quality bags. It is our goal that no defective bags leave our factory.
Our experience and unique management style allowed us to pass the IS09000 in June of 2002. This international management system is designed to check quality at each level of production. Our most rigorous quality testing comes during the sewing process. Our full-time inspectors constantly monitor the workers to make sure there are no defects in workmanship.
After the first bag of each run is completed, the worker must perform their own inspection and sign the "First Bag Quality Checking Record." This bag and every other bag is then sent to the re-checking inspector for final approval. After completion, all the bags will be sent to the packing workshop where one out of every 3 bags will be re-inspected.
While the bags are continually inspected during the manufacturing process, we have also invested heavily in raw material testing machines and formed our own Quality Testing Center. We can now test for resin quality, yarn thickness, UsV resistance, fabric and loop strength, safety factors, static electricity and contamination. Quality control of our raw materials is now guaranteed.
