Our factory regards quality as the most important aspect of our jobs. We utilize a large amount of our labor and financial resources into our quality management. In the year of 2000, we passed the ISO 9001. We then set up our own separate Quality Testing Center and purchased numerous testing machines that Inc.lude a resin checking machine, a yarn thickness checking machine, a UV testing machine, a strength testing machine, a safety factor testing machine, and an anti-static testing machine.

With so many years of production experience, we have accumulated a wealth of experience and created our own effective system of management. We employ full-time quality inspectors for all the important links in the production chain. Especially in the sewing procession, we check quality at each level. At first, before production, all of our sewing employees must learn the technical request for each type of bag, and then begin to sew the bag under the control and direction of the inspectors.

When finished with the first bag, sewing employees must check the quality themselves and sign the “First Bag Quality Check Record” before being checked by the inspector. We then have a second inspector check the bag. After completion, the bags will be transferred to the packing workshop where 30% of these bags will be randomly selected for a final check.

So far, our products have been approved by the authoritative quality testing departments in Japan, France, and Australia. We also export a large quantity of bags to the above countries.
